Google Calendar in Account vs Apps

Is there any difference, in terms of privacy/security between Google Calendar on a standard free Google acount vs. through Google Apps? All the terms and conditions I can find seem to relate to Google Apps rather than a Google account.

Thanks,

Gary

You've asked something similar before http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/forums/1/helproom/4098247/google-calendar-terms/

Suggest you contact Google.

Thanks Woolwell. Yes, you're right, I did ask before if anyone could point me towards the T&Cs, but nobody seems to be able to do so (either here, or elsewhere). I've also tried posting in Google's forums, which seems to be the only way of contacting them, but I haven't had a response.

This is why I thought a better approach might be to explore differences between Apps and Accounts, because plenty of big companies are using Apps, and they wouldn't be if the T&Cs were inappropriate. So, if I can establish whether Google's policy is to treat Apps and account customers the same, I can at least get a sense of whether I want to use Google Calendar.

Just for completeness, in case anyone else is intersted in this thread in the future, Google has changed the links on the Calendar login page, and it now has more detailed information about how they will use the data:

Google does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video, or other material, that you upload, transmit or store in your Google Calendar account. We will not use any of your content for any purpose except to provide you with the Service.

This addresses my concerns with the original post and confirms that Google will not display or use the data other than to allow users to access their service.
