USB3 drive fitted but cannot see USB drives now.

I cannot see my USB2 drives after fitting new USB3 external drive,but when I look in disk management it can see the USB2 drives but windows explorer and Powerdesk cannot see USB2 drives.Help needed. Looking in my Partition manager it shows a USB2 drive as named System Drive1 but explorer cannot see it.

PC make model? Op system?
Assume you have USB3 ports on your machine?

My PC is a Home PC 6Gig Memory,1 TB hard drive. Windows 7 Pro. Using a USB 250gig Passport drive which it cannot see in Explorer. The USB hub is a Iomega 1 TB,which works fine,but I now have 2 USB drives which it cannot see.
USB3 hub is fitted in rear of PC permanent.
