MS Word - Office 2003 - open window problem

I have inadvertently clicked something when I had the Word Open window in view - which now opens it full screen instead of in a minimised size. How can I restore it to its smaller size?

Thanks.

Try: Open the Word window and adjust to how you want it to be, then close Word by going to 'File' and at the very bottom of menu click on 'Exit'. Word should now remember your setting for next time it opens (and future closes can be by the white X in red box)

Great suggestion - but alas there is no way of minimising / re-sizing the window.

However, I used the cascade windows function [R* on the tool bar] which allowed me to grab the edges and re-size it.

Whew!
