Archived emails

I am trying to find an email sent to me last March. I have accepted the request, on screen, to archive old emails and now I am having difficulty finding it. Can anyone please advise

Who, what, where?

ISP's webmail or WLM, Hotmail etc?

Mail client on pc?

Archive on Webmail server or on your pc?

W7, XP etc ?

Outlook 2007 on windows Vista. My ISP is Virgin Media and the email I am trying to find id from ASda Hope this helps
