Help needed with Excel

Can anyone tell me how to copy the contents of Exel worksheet including the numeric numbers on the left side when entries I have made increment the cells numericaly. I can copy contents of the cells but not the line numbers. I am not very experienced with Exel.

To copy sheet to another Excel sheet just rightclick on the sheet name at the bottom. Choose 'Move or Copy' then put tick in 'Create a copy' and choose where you want to insert it
