No Floppy drive can't f6

There must be a way around this problem. I want to install XP but am unable to install SATA/RAID drivers as I have no floppy drive connector on the mobo. Pressing F6 during installation I get message 'No floppy Drive A' I've got the drivers on a USB stick but how to access it or is it not possible?
