No Floppy drive can't f6

There must be a way around this problem. I want to install XP but am unable to install SATA/RAID drivers as I have no floppy drive connector on the mobo. Pressing F6 during installation I get message 'No floppy Drive A' I've got the drivers on a USB stick but how to access it or is it not possible?

Try nLite Click here

nLite allows you to customize your installation of Windows XP. You can integrate drivers, service packs and hotfixes from Microsoft directly into your windows distribution files without having to re-download and install them every time you need to re-install windows.
