Look in my computer and it will tell you if you have a partition on it with W/7,
If so it is just a matter of tapping F10 or F11 at start up to get into it.
Or try System repair in safe mode [keep tapping F8 or f5 at start up].

Does the computer work and is there a reason why you need to restore to factory settings.
If you can explain the problem that you are having maybe someone can help without having to do a restore.

Might be helpful to mention what make/model of PC you are having problems with?

Check no USB drive or Memory Card has been left in at boot. (or a CD/DVD disc in drive).
Repeatedly press F8 at boot to check Repair My Computer type options
Link. As a first step.

Boot manager missing
Reboot the machine as it is starting up keep tapping F8.
from the menu that appears select
Startup repair.
follow the on screen prompts.
If startup repaair does not fix the problem first time do it again try at least five times or until the PC starts normally.
