cannot print e-mails

using kodak esp 3250 printer will not print any of the texts out but will print any links out on the e- mail i am using windows xp and outlook 6

So are you saying that it won't print black text but it will print blue text? If that's the case, it may be something as simple as your black printhead/cartridge being blocked or faulty. Try changing the colour of the email text to, for example, red (forward it to yourself if necessary)and see if it prints out then.

Or are you saying that it will print normal documents - but not emails?
