How do I load my microsoft bluetooth keybaord before windows loads

I have recently bought Microsoft bluetooth mobile keyboard 6000 and it works fine with my belkin bluetooth dongle. My problem is that now that i have also installed windows 8 developer version and my system boots to a dual boot, sometimes I would like to press enter and boot in windows 8 directly. Othertimes i would like to press f2 and enter bios and at other times press f8 and boot into safe mode. But the keyboard does not get functional till bluetooth drivers are loaded which get loaded only after windows has loaded itself. Other keyboards which are wired and a USB connection with the system or with a dongle to the USB port do not face this problem. they get loaded with bios itself. Is there any way to circumvent this problem as I guess bluetooth keyboards work only after the bluetooth drivers get loaded on loading of windows. and by the way this bluetooth keyboard does not come with a USB dongle.
