Data Execution Prevention

When I try to open iTunes I get the following message. "to help protect your computer Windows has closed this program" This is preceeded by the heading "Data Execution Prevention - Microsoft Windows" This has only started in the last 2 days. I have downloaded the latest version 10.5 of iTunes but still can't open it.
