with multiple users that want or dont want UAC on the same pc - is there a solution?

A restart is always required for switching UAC on and off, and it doesnt seem to be possible for windows to remember whether individual users want UAC or not. Is this possible to do with third party tools? Im assuming its started before logging in, and there may not be a fix as such? With multiple users using the same machine, in which some may want to use UAC, whilst the rest do not, is there a solution for vista or 7?

You can disable UAC for Administrators only if this is what you want to do. I assume you are the Administrator and want to control what goes on your PC? enter link description here

yes, the uac prompts for non admin only would be the best way to go-thanks :)
