IDE hard drive with Sabertooth P67 m'board

I have a newish PC with an Asus Sabertooth motherboard which appears to only be able to accommodate SATA hard drives.
I have an IDE hard drive in an old and defunct PC that I wish to install in the new PC to recover some files. With the lack of an IDE connector on the motherboard, what sort of adapter do I need, or is this not possible?

Forget the IDE card you might as well just put the HDD in a USB caddy and once you have your file format it and use as backup storage.
