Organising photos in IOS 5

How do I organize photos using ios5 on my Iphone? Iphone doesn't show in My Computer! I can't delete individual photos in albums only remove entire albums during sync.

Just looked at the help page for icloud and it says that photos cannot be deleted from photo streaming!
