Adobe Photoshop CS3

Adobe Photoshop CS3 While looking over Photoshop I click the Analysis Icon & caught Ruler Tool, now I cannot get rid of it & go back to the arrow tool. I’m running Vista 64bits.

I don't know much about this but try pressing f12 from within the program. I know this is for revert but whether it will solve your problem I couldn't say.
If it has just occurred and you have a recent system restore point then try that.

Right Click on the Ruler Icon, a flyout box will appear then select the Eyedropper tool.

Click on View. Untick Rulers
