window 7 wont start after reinstall

I tried to reinstall window 7 pro and was installing ok untill it comes to restart itself 1st time during installation but it won't finish installation and I am not able to boot up or do anything else if i restart computer it comes to the 1st screen when computer boot up . please help
This is screen shows

Looks like you have support for 6 SATA devices and 3 fitted.
Have you tried enabling / disabling ACHI in BIOS?

Thanks for your reply but It won't let me do any thing when I restart and press F2 to go into BIOS or F12 to Boot from Disk nothing happens it just gets to this message

Hold F2 as you restart.
If still same then maybe the BIOS is not seeing the keyboard

thanks again Computer definitely recoznise keyboard because when I press Ctrl,Alt, Delete it restart the computer and comes to same screen Please Help

Do a Hard restart - press the power button
then use F2

thanks I tried this and screen shows
HPA BIOS NO AVAILABLE and its start recovering when the counter reaches 23182kb it restart itself and same screen

For some reason it has done a BIOS recovery
try F2 again to see if you can get into the BIOS after the recovery.
Also worth doing is a power off, open the case remove and refit the memory modules, as this fault seems to appear due to loose memory.
