how to turn on wecam

on friends samsung R510 laptop.How do you turn on webcam to take pic on oneself? Cant see any icon or anything in start menu. In control panel cant see anything in scanner and camera folder except scanner. In device manager says webcam working properly.Cant see which function key to use either but did try fn and f6 but that turned sound on and off.Just want to know how to turn it on then be able to create a shortcut.

"If you have the Samsing R510 laptop, you will need to install the "Play Camera" software yourself. This can be found on the pink CD that came with your laptop or on the Samsung website" ClickHere
