Printing Letterheads

I am printing letterheads from a printer HPJL4250tn and the printer does not print out automatically. I am not sure what has changed as letterheads used to print out automatically. Any advise would be appreciated.

The printer will print what you tell it to.

What program (Word) are you using to compose the letter? and are you using a template that contains the Letterhead for the document?

Does the Letterhead show when you are composing the letter and does it show in 'Print Preview'?
