I need a new graphics card.. however....

Hello, I'm looking to get a new graphics card, my budget is around £100 and I have recommended getting an HD 6850 which sounds fine. It's a Dell (sigh) Studio XPS 8100. My computer specs are currently: Intel i7-860 2.8 quad 6 Gb Ram HD 5450 - pants.

Buuut, the problem I have is I'm not sure if a new card would fit on the Motherboard! (gasp) Have a look and help would be appreciated :) http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/6997/picture1sx.jpg
