Excel 2003 Filter

One of my columns is the day name Mon, Tues etc. There is no problem in filtering by one day but can I filter by two or more days?

It's fairly easy in Excel 2007 which I use. Fairly sure in Excel 2003 then you use the advanced filter.

The custom filter should do it Filter Excel 2003. I used to do this but not for dates but different criteria.
