Hi
I am wandering if my Intel CPU E8500 Core 2 Duo Processor and my g31 mx series motherboard will work with the Asus GeForce GTX 560Ti 830MHz 1GB PCI-Express HDMI graphics card.
Thanks Tom

The CPU may bottleneck the overall performance when upgrading to GTX 560ti, a quad core CPU would be better, you can't play Crysis 2 at max settings with a dual core CPU, you'll find a lag of performance.
The GTX560Ti wants 500w with 30a on the 12v rails, and two pci-e 6 pin connectors.
What is the resolution of your monitor? Bottlenecks are less noticeable the higher your video resolution is.

my monitors resolution is 1440 by 900. Will my foxconn g31 mx series motherboard work with the graphics card?

Yes, according to this:Foxconn you have a PCI-E x 16 slot which will take the graphics card.
You have quite a small monitor so it might be necessary when playing,if you play, modern games to turn down some detail.
