PIXMA MP640 power problems

I have a Canon PIXMA MP640 printer. Every time I turn on the power it shows in the display 'Canon' and then the printer turns off the power after 4 seconds. I have entered the 'Service Mode' by holding down the 'Reset-button' while pressing the 'Power-button' and pressing the 'Reset-button' 2 times. But also in this mode the printer turns off after 4 seconds. It makes a buzz-sound for ½ sec. trying to move the ink tanks to the center. But nothing happens. Does it have a fuse? Any suggestions what I can do? Carsten
