Firefox and the "Not junk" button.

I am using Vista, Windows mail and Firefox. I have just discovered the Toolbar custom option of a "Not Junk" button, but it always disappears when the customizing dialog box is closed. How should I use it, as the "Help" section does not mention it? My problem is in responding to emails which come through an intermediary, as when offering something free of charge on "Freecycle". Using the "Reply" button always brings up an error message. Even checking the email "properties" to get the senders address does not always work. The Freecycle moderator never answers my queries. I assume that you are referring to a not junk button in Windows Mail. This should be used for e-mails that have ended up in the junk folder and clicking on it tells Windows Mail to move it to the inbox instead.

For your second question I gather that you wish to reply to e-mails that have been forwarded to you by someone else and reply to the original sender. In this case you need to select the original sender's e-mail address. Getting the senders address depends on how it has been forwarded.
