Replacing Windows7 for WindowsXP

My present computer came with Windows7 already installed. What problems, if any, would I encounter by uninstalling W7 and replacing with XP?

Should be alright.

Why not try a dual-boot first?

Unless you are really adamant, just leave it like that. For visitors/other family members/future change of mind.

If we all did the sort of thing you are asking about we would all still be driving horse and carts.

Win 7 is far superior to XP and I happy I ditched win XP, not that it was bad but 7 is much more sturdy in every way possible. Just leave well alone, and get to know Win 7 you will like it when you get used to it.
