anyone know how to contact skype direct?

i have been trying to get a problem resolved by them for some time all i got was a "bear with us we will be back in 12 hours" followed some days later by a request to fill in a survey as to how my problem was handled, you can imagine my response!! now one cant even contact them direct via the site, and it is round and round in circles, sorry to be a bit longwinded.

Found this on the net in answer to a guy asking if Skype had a contact number.

The contact system is by filing a ticket. Replies generally take a minimum of 4 business days but if you don't have a response by then, if you advise your username and the date on which you filed your ticket a Moderator will progress the issue with Skype for you.

not that simple, done a ticket got a request for a survey of satisfaction to complete, trying to contact via website is a nightmare
