HP Pavilion 'Low Disk space' on D Drive (Recovery)??

Hi, My gf's Pavilion laptop is saying that she has low disk space on her D Drive that is her HP Recovery partition. It is 9.47GB but only has 32mb free. Please can someone tell me why this is filling up as she never stores anything (knowingly) on there?

Hello Fruit Bat, When i open up the Recovery Drive i see 'Recovery' (4.46 mb) and 'Hosts'(736 bytes)?

This seems a little odd?
