Resource problem with flash drive

Hello
My Kodak camera printer dock has stopped working, so to transfer the pictures from the cameras SD card I bought a little card reader.
When I connect the reader to my pc it is not recognised in my computer.
In device manager when I click the properties of the reader I see that it says in the general tab:
"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."
In the resources tab it says in resource settings:
"Memory Range 000C8000 - 000C9FFF"
In settings based on it says:
"current configuration"
In conflicting device list it says:
"Memory Range 000C8000 - 000C9FFF not available."
Can anyone help me with this please, Im'e a bit of a newbie.
Thank you
Richard

It appears you have a conflict although I am unsure of how to solve it at this time. See here which relates to what you are having problems with - enter link description here

The card reader is a generic chinese thing.
I uninstalled it and re-installed it.
In the properties tab of this device I am being told to manualy configure the device on the resource tab, using the documentation that came with the device...what documentation?
How should I procede?
Thank you
Richard
