Is Samsung laptop good for software development

Hi

I am planning to buy a laptop for software development which includes .NET, SQL server, Visual Studio and general use (internet browsing / Word/ Excel)

I found this model Samsung RV511-S02UK for 400£ with the following spec

Processor : i3 Speed :2.53 GHz RAM : 6 GB (can be extend to 8 GB) Harddisc :620 GB

Is that recommended ?
