Printing in Powerpoint

I am trying to print 16 slides in powerpoint. I have set up the printer settings using Notes Pages but two of the slides comes out blank. Any ideas what would cause this would be appreciated.

Which version of PowerPoint? Are you trying to print just the slides without notes? Do the other slides print ok?

Thanks Woolwell for your response. I am using Powerpoint 2007, the other slides do print out If I choose Slides instead of Notes Pages for the two slides that print out blank they print out fine.
