wifi disconnecting

hi, everytime my girlfriends phone rings her wifi disconnects & usually stays disconnected for a few minutes after the phone call has ended. can someone help us solve this problem because it's really annoying?

It may be obvious - but do you have a filter fitted to you master socket and any other phone socket (ie.extension) that a phone is connected to ? If so you could try another filter.

As well as the above the router channel might be on the same frequency as the phone if it's a cordless one. If the filters are ok then try changing the channel in the router settings.
