Hi This post entrigues me so I've had a look in Excel Help and it came up with "Calculate the difference between two times". I'm using only version 2003, but this might start you on the tract.

Also, I tried Google'ing "Excel calculate the difference between two times" and, as well as the Help instructions, I wondered if this web page might help, although for version 2003. I don't know what version you are using.

I would be interested to hear how you managed. I have to admit to not managing to get the suggested formulae to work for me! Maybe I'm typing something in wrongly!

Hope this helps Cheers

You need to enter times like 10:00:00 otherwise Excel will not recognise them as times.
