windows updates help

hi automatic updates keep telling me to install net framework3.5service pack 1 for the net assistant 1.0x86 kb963707 but it is already installed ,i hope somebody out there can help ,ive tried to remove it and then reinstall but no can do , im getting really fed up and tired now

In Windows Updates - select that update - right click - hide the update.

Why don't you take more control over your Windows Updates. Via Control Panel - Window Updates - change your settings from "Install Updates Automatically" to Download updates but let me choose whether to install them.
