where can i get drivers and how do i find what graphics card make is

hi, i recently tried to go on minecraft but this error came up

  Bad video card drivers!

i went on to the formum on their website and looked around on google and found this click start

click run(xp) or search for run(vista and 7)

then type in dxdiag (a window should pop up within a matter of seconds)

click the display tab

search for the device name which should be very close to the tab bar

write down the name

but i cant find any driver downloads for it

the video cards a mobile intel(R) series express chipset family

System requirements shows it needs a better graphics card than an on-board one.
