hi im having a laptop clean up, im trying to remove a t-mobile folder that i loaded 2yrs ago when using a usb 3tmobile dongle. it was not in the control panel 'uninstall list' so i located the folder right clicked and delteed, some of the files arent deleting, it says i need permission.

nb - im the administrator and only user of the laptop - so i should be signing in as administrator right..?

thanks!

thanks, but reading the comments section on that link it is apparent that you are no longer able to download as there were errors with it.

Try delete in safe mode, or drag and drop to recycle bin via desktop.
