On-Off and volume control switch

I am using a Mesh computer which has a sound system. The on-off switch is also the volume control. It also can control the loud speaker balance. This has gone on the blink. The ewitch is made by Cambridge Soundwork but they say that they are not the makers. Has anyone else experienced problems with this control switch and has any one any suggestions on how the repair same. Advice will be much appreciated Bagsey

I guess that you are referring to the control switch for your speakers and not a switch on a your tower. It would help if you told us the makers and model of the your speakers. Guessing again that makers of the speakers are Cambridge Soundwork.
