Cannot locate CD/DVD Drive

Good Evening, I was having problems with my outlook, when I clicked on a link from an e-mail it would not open, so I tried doing a repair on Microsoft Office but it would not install, so I uninstalled it but now cannot reinstall as the CD Drive does not come up - can you help please?

Go to start search and type devmgmt.msc - device manager will open what do you see against your cd rom\ dvd drive?
