I know my Printer has had a long and useful life, but it has decided to give up the ghost when I really need it! It won't print from my computer telling me " error - some parts in your printer are at the end of their life, needs servicing"! Is there a way around this please? Obviously servicing is out of the question so a new printer would be the way to go, but I hate this built-in obsolescence world we live in!

Did that Fruitbat and error light out - fantastic!! Suppose I should really clean the inkpad as well otherwise it might overflow onto my desk at some point!! Counter said 23741, does that mean I have printed that many sheets of paper in 8 years, - can't be??
Once again, many thanks

Point taken Fruit Bat! It will get done, I've been on You Tube and seen some video clips showing what an horrendous job it is, but know it needs doing and did realise from the you and prompts on SSC Utility that it should have been done before I did the reset!
Thanks for all your help,
