internet -keep having to refresh

op system windows 7, internet browser explorer 9.My connection is asdl @ last speed test it was 9.56.with talk talk.Havei a setting set wrong as im having to refresh alot of my web pages.Also when on you tube or vevo watching music vids, they stop and start, its becoming a pain.Thanks

Try Command prompt and type in ipconfig /flushdns and press enter on the keypad.

It should tell you that the DNS cache has been cleared.if so so if it makes any difference.

Check that you have the latest flash player and java updates installed.
