Epsom R300 ink cartridges

The printer is asking me to change cartridges when the cartidge is still half full. Is there a code where you can tell the printer to reset? I am using cartidge refills and not genuine Epsom cartidges.

Epson and compatables can be problematic. These sort of problems crops up frequently.

After many issues with so called compatables I now only use JETTEC brand as they are fully warranted, last twice as long and work everytime.
