Automatic updates wake my PC?

I leave my Vista computer in sleep mode overnight. Sometimes I find it wide awake in the morning. Is this due to automatic updates? If so, can I stop it?

enter BIOS

disable wake on LAN and wake on ring

save and exit (F10)
