Hello

My neighbours children as a Acer Extensa 5235 laptop which was not working to good so i did a factory reboot.

And now when i try to install programmes like CCleaner a box appears asking to put fill in password in parents and main user so i can install programme.

Cannot understand why laptop is asking passwords. Can anyone tell me how to disable this so i can install programmes?

Thanks

I would also check with the parents, if they have installed previously 'parental control' if they are administrators?.
