A few more details would help don't you think.

Lets try what card did you have before?what's your new one? did you uninstall old drivers? did you install new drivers? You could mention Operating system.

Hi,

You better check the power requirements on that card. If you still have the original power supply, it's only rated at 200 watts, and in actuality, it's only putting out about 150 idling, maybe 175 max. This is where I'd go first before you spend countless hours with drivers or bios updates.

If you have changed from let's say Nvidia to Radeon then it will be worth sorting drivers as you could be getting a conflict.
