Vista will only start in safe mode

My Vista will only start in safe mode. I have reverted back via system restore to no avail. Chose start normal and starts green band then screen goes blank.

In safe mode uninstall the graphics driver.

restart in normal mode and if ok then reinstll the graphics drivers

Boot to your vista cd select repair see how that goes.
