Purchasing new desktop pc

I wish to upgrade from a 32 bit Mesh computer to a new 64 bit computer. What problems/snags am I liable to encounter.

Only

  1. Finding drivers for your old peripherals e.g. old scanners, printers etc.
  2. Some old sofware programs may not work on the new operating system e.g. old versions of Quicken etc.
