How do I turn on the wireless button on windows 7?

I can't turn on the "wireless turn on" button in the windows mobility center because it's light grey - how can I turn it on and how can I get wireless work? Thanks for your help.

If I have the right model then you should have a volume slider at the very top of the keyboard? If so then the toggle switch is the light to the right of it. On the manual it is shown as switch no. 5. Try pressing it.
