My laptop computer keeps getting over heated. Is there a laptop that has an inbuilt air vent to stop it over heating?

Don't buy a Belkin cooler they are notorious for breaking! Do a bit of research as there are plenty about!

Clear out all the grills use a hair dryer on a cool and low setting to blow the dust out.

Always make sure you use on a hard surface to keep air vents clear if your going to use it on your lap then sit it on something like this lap tray

"inbuilt air vent" is usually easy to find.

Keep the laptop in an area where free air circulation is evident. Sitting on laps, among a pile of books, on the sofa or duvet cover etc is not recommended.
