internet connection being lost with 2 laptops

Hi All,

I have 2 laptops (windows 7) using a wireless internet connection from one router (Belkin Wireless G Plus MIMO). Both laptops are on & connected most of the day, every day, and once connected, I very rarely ever have any connection issues.

However, if I turn one of the laptops off, when I turn it back on again it almost always fails to establish an internet connection and I have to reset/unplug the router to get it connected again. This happens with both laptops.

Does anyone know why this might be happening, and what I could do to prevent having to reset the router ever time one of the laptops is turned off?

Many thanks in advance. M
