I've used the above printer for several years without problems. I run Windows 7 on a laptop and a desktop, and normally print from my desktop. However, two days ago my desktop printer will only display 'Print Preview', and when I try to move on from this I'm unable to. I tried reinstalling from the CD but received message that it's only able to install on a 32 bit computer. I can print from my laptop but this means disconnecting and the position of my laptop makes this inconvenient. As both laptop and desktop run Windows 7 and the printer was installed from the same CD (the laptop in the last 6 months), why can't I get beyond Print Preview when all was ok only a few days ago. I've checked the drive, checked Troubleshooting (no problem) and don't know what else I can do to solve it.
