flash drive funny business...?

I have a kingston ot 101 g2 16gb flash drive. I accidentally cut all files and pasted them out of the usb to free up some space for a transfer. But now, even though there's nothing on it, it's telling me I only have like 84 mb free. I tried putting the programs and files back on (like "program" "autorun" and "urdrive") but I can't bc it tells me there isn't enough space. What can I do?

thanks thanks...

You could try formatting it, that might then allow you use it again. I believe it will be FAT32 file system.
