Roxio easy cd creator not detecting optical drive

I have Roxio easy media creator 10,when I open it does not detect my pioneer BD-RW BDR-TD03 cd drive. OP WIN 7

Any ideas, the drive works fine with other installed software.

Roxio EMC 10 was not designed to work with Windows 7, they did issue a patch Click Here. Have you installed that? Also use the update from Lazarus the 2nd to update the database of compatible drives. But I suspect that being such an old product you might do better to upgrade to EMC 11 which was designed for Windows 7 as well as BluRay drives.
